Want to watch a council meeting in person?
Reserve your space online
As part of our return to in-person council meetings, whilst all of the Council's public meetings can be watched live via the Elmbridge Borough Council Public-i pages, if you want to attend a meeting we are currently limiting the number of people who can attend at 25 people.
We are social distancing the seating arrangements and we ask you to respect other people’s personal space during the time you are in the civic centre.
A notice is displayed at the entrance asking people not to enter with COVID- 19 symptoms, test positive or instructed to isolate. Hand sanitisers will be available at all entrances and people are permitted to wear face coverings or masks if they choose, but this is optional.
Attendance is first come first served. The easiest way to book a place is by accessing the online booking form, otherwise you can ring the Council's Customer Services Team on 01372 474474 and a place can be booked on your behalf.
Please note that Meeting dates can be subject to change. When looking for details of a particular meeting, please access the Elmbridge Borough Council Meetings Calendar or contact the relevant officer to confirm that the meeting is going ahead as scheduled.
Please note that all of the public Council meetings that have been webcast will be available to watch for up to 6 months from the date of the meeting. After this time, the meeting will disappear from the webcast library and will no longer be available.
Please note you can also subscribe to meeting updates in order to receive information via e-mail regarding information for particular committee meetings.
