Missed bins
If your reported a missed bin on Wednesday 4 January or Thursday 5 January, there may be a delay to your collection. Please leave your bin out and we will collect it as soon as possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Planning applications
Have you received my application?
Receipts for any planning or licensing application received will be acknowledged once the systems are back up and running.
Can I comment on a planning application?
It is still possible to view and comment on planning applications using the council's website. Go to: search or comment on a planning application. Reports and documents attached to planning applications are accessible intermittently. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
We will consider comments received after the consultation end date up until the drafting of a delegated decision or the Friday before a planning committee. If you are concerned an application will be determined before you have been able to review the plans and submit your comments, please email tplan@elmbridge.gov.uk
When will my application be decided?
While the systems are down it will not be possible to process decision notices.
